Accuracy of Information

At our company, we prioritize providing accurate and current information on our website. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality content and strive to maintain this standard at all times. Please note that while we try to achieve this goal, we appreciate that errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. In such instances, we encourage you to bring them to our attention, and we will take immediate corrective action. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our website.

Hotel Reservations

We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel. We do not own or operate any hotels listed on our website. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. We can't guarantee that the hotel will accept or confirm your reservation. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from the hotel's failure to accept or confirm your reservation.

Payments: Third-Party Integration

As a part of our commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our users, we utilize third-party Expedia’s Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable certain transactions on our website. These APIs are provided by trusted third-party service providers who have been authorized to process financial data on our behalf in a secure manner.

It is our policy not to store any credit or debit card details on our website or servers. This ensures that sensitive financial data is not susceptible to unauthorized access or potential breaches. Instead, such information is transmitted directly to our third-party payment processing partners, who are responsible for securely storing and processing this information in accordance with their own security policies and practices.

Refund Policy

If you're looking to get a refund for a canceled reservation or booking, the process may vary depending on the type of reservation you made.

Most hotels refund all your money if you cancel before their cancellation deadline.

Some hotel rooms are non-refundable, meaning you won’t get your money back if you cancel.

If you cancel a non-refundable hotel booking or cancel your booking after the hotel's cancellation deadline, you won’t be able to get a refund, no matter how you paid.

If you cancel before the hotel's cancellation deadline but still see a charge from them on your credit card statement, get in touch with the hotel itself to make sure you get your refund.

Third-Party Service

It may take up to 24 hours to process your refund. Once that has happened, your bank or payment service will take care of the rest. Just know that it may take them up to 7 days to post the credit to your account and up to 2 billing cycles to show the credit on your statement.

If your credit card statement includes a charge from a third party, you’ll receive your refund from them, not from us. If this is the case, get in touch with that third party to ask any questions about refunds.

If you used a third-party payment service to pay for your booking, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you were charged a deposit or partial payment, you'd be refunded for that amount minus any fees.

Overall, the refund process and timelines can vary based on the type of reservation you made, so it's best to check with the service provider directly for more information.

If you book from outside the country or your card's issuing bank is outside the country, you may be charged an international transaction fee.
